Fashion Projects

This project was a final project for my Fashion Merchandising Planning & Buying class. This project shows my application of mathematical concepts & industry factors to solve real-life merchandising problems. I demonstrated this by evaluating a brands product assortment & sell-through rate from last year. I used that knowledge to create a new product assortment for this year then created two 6-Month charts comparing the two seasons. I also used trend forecasting and research to create a product assortment for this year and used research and the previous years data to justify purchases.

I majored in Fashion Merchandising; here you can find projects I completed during my academic career that I am exceptionally proud of and share the knowledge I gained that prepare me for a professional career.

This project was to forecast for Aritzia for the Spring/Summer 2022 season. In this project, I created a mood board, color & print story, fabric story, and product assortment for Aritzia based on Aritzia's history & customer profile, their brand image & aesthetic, environmental scanning, and trend forecasting research. Using these, I ended up creating "Dutiful Daydreams S/S 2022" for Aritzia.

This was my Senior Seminar Capstone project in which we were assigned to identify a brand and do an analysis on their market and current competitors. With this, we then found an opportunity for this brand and then identify the target audience and develop a retail and marketing strategies. This is "Curated Classics A/W 2023" for & Other Stories
